Shahid Hosain is a former ambassador and Chairman of the Asia Pacific Group at UNESCO’s Executive Board. He was also a Member of the Governing Board of IRCICA (Organisation of the Islamic Conference Research Centre for Islamic History, Art and Culture) based in Istanbul.
Yasmin Hosain has been an academic, translator and broadcaster and was also an Associate of Newnham College, Cambridge.
Simon Brandenburger was formerly Head of Bonhams Book Department and subsequently ran the long-established print dealer Sanders of Oxford.
Christopher Sisserian studied history at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), specialising in the Middle East. Currently a graduate student of international politics, with particular reference to the Middle East.
