The condition of all items is as described; all are guaranteed to be complete unless otherwise stated. All prices are net and do not include postage and packing. Invoices will be rendered in pounds sterling. The title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the invoice is paid in full.

You may order from Indoislamica safe in the knowledge that any item purchased may be returned if you are not happy with it providing we are notified within 7 days of your receiving it. All we ask is that you return the item(s) by the same or similar method to that in which they were sent to you. Your postage costs and any payment already received will be refunded immediately on our receipt of the item/s in the same condition as received by you.

Privacy

Privacy is one of the most significant concerns for you, the purchaser, and us during an online transaction. In reality though, an online transaction is probably more secure than a card transaction in a bookshop, gallery or conducted over the telephone or by fax, because the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted using complicated logarithm algorithms.

The transfer of the purchase details from this website to WorldPay are encapsulated using WorldPay's own encrypted and digitally-signed protocol. This uses a combination of standard methods such as PGP, RSA and MD5 to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof via SSL.

Worldpay send a confirmation email to you on completion of the successful transaction. WorldPay will NEVER ask you to provide confidential information (e.g. banking passwords etc.) by email.
